Case reviews:

  • Case reviews offers growth on options of how to work with your clients. It allows for feedback on how to work with difficult clients, and how to protect yourself professionally. They help to integrate theoretical models into practical experience. They can help you apply feedback on how 

Cultural Competence:

  • Supervision often addresses issues related to cultural competence and sensitivity, emphasizing the importance of understanding and respecting diverse populations.

Ethical considerations:

  • Supervision includes discussions about ethical issues and considerations relevant to the profession. This helps ensure that the supervisee adheres to ethical standards in their practice.

Documentation:

  • Client records. 

  • Licensure record keeping.

  • Case notes and reflections.

Feedback and evaluation:

  • Constructive feedback to help you excel.
